What impressed me most is that they always keep things clear and transparent all through their processes. Starting from the point I plan to purchase, the owner of the company explained to me the management services including finding tenants, annual inspection, property maintenance, claim-approve-fix repair process,billing and accounting very clearly. Also they would inform me the repair price when there are work orders. Very transparent company.
They also took care of the tenants' requests as I could see in my case. The new tenants requested to change items like starting dates/dog etc, and they communicated between the two parties efficiently. They also reached out to me for HOA amenities policies documents and relayed to tenants so they could enjoy the community services. "
