We use attorney drafted lease not standard realtor lease to protect our owners.
We provide a leasing guarantee. If we do not sign a lease for a vacant house within 30 days, the first 2 months management fee is waived. Other property managers still charge you a management fee.
We provide a pet damage guarantee. If the pet we approved caused damage above the deposit. We will clean, repair, and cover the cost up to $2000 per pet. Other property managers don’t offer this.
